What to Bring

Preparing for your dog's stay with us

Food

Bring your dog's regular food in a sealed container, portioned for each meal if possible. Label with your dog's name and feeding instructions.

Medications

All medications should be in their original containers with clear instructions on dosage and timing.

Comfort Items

One or two familiar items such as a blanket or toy that smells like home to provide comfort.

Vaccination Records

Proof of current rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations is required for all boarding dogs.

Contact Information

Your contact information and an emergency contact who can make decisions about your dog if you can't be reached.

Special Instructions

Written instructions for any special care needs, behavioral quirks, or health concerns we should be aware of.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

You can check-in your dog at any time during our regular business hours. Our standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM to receive the reduced pick-up day rate. If you pick up after 11:00 AM, the full day rate will apply.

Do you board multiple dogs from the same family together?

Yes, we can board dogs from the same household together if they're comfortable sharing space. We offer a multi-dog discount for families boarding more than one dog.

What happens if my dog gets sick during boarding?

We monitor all dogs closely. If your dog shows signs of illness, we'll contact you immediately. We have relationships with local veterinarians for emergency care if needed. You'll be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred.

Can I tour the facility before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage tours so you can see our facilities firsthand. Please call to schedule a tour during our regular business hours.
