I acknowledge that Mama T's Pet Parlor & Boarding owns all rights to the images. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown.
I release Mama T's Pet Parlor & Boarding from any expectation of confidentiality for my pet and myself and attest that I have the authority to authorize the use of my pet's image in marketing materials.
